We take care of your mold
We want your molds to be at their most efficient at all times. For this reason, we have an in-house tool shop, engaged for more than 5,000 hours per year in the direct management of their care, which schedules their routine maintenance, carried out by highly professional maintenance workers with many years of practical workshop experience.
Preventive and scheduled maintenance helps preserve the life of the mold, going to prevent breakage, minimize costs associated with a lack of quality, and maintain its productivity over time.
We want to be timely
In order to respond quickly to any repair needs, we perform, in agreement with the customer, immediate extraordinary maintenance work on the molds within our tooling shop.
We know your mold, its characteristics, and internally we prioritize its accommodation: we are equipped with precision repair equipment, including a laser welding machine that allows us just-in-time intervention. This is a major advantage in greatly reducing the time and consequently the costs associated with any production downtime.
We change with you
At the customer’s request, we design and make modifications on the mold to meet new requirements that emerge over time: new versions, addition or replacement of inserts to increase productivity, maintenance and replacement of hot chambers, and restoration of injection points.
