Molding is one of our main production processes, through which we produce plastic parts of different shapes and sizes using specially designed molds. Ultrasonic welding is another process we use to join plastic parts without the use of adhesives or other fastening materials. FIPFG (Formed In Place Foam Gasket) sealing is a highly specialized process that allows us to create high-quality foam gaskets directly on the plastic part, providing greater strength and a better seal.
Finally, assembly and finishing are processes that enable us to create high-quality finished products by assembling and finishing plastic parts to achieve the final product required by the customer.

Molding
Whether it is single-material molding, with plastic and metal (co-molding) or bi-material molding, this processing, in its 3 versions, has been the core business of our company for more than 70 years.
Ultrasonic welding
The welding process is accomplished by combining ultrasonic machines with loading and unloading automation systems, all monitored by software to control set quality standards.
Sealing
FIPFG
The Formed-in-place-foam-gasket ( FIPFG) sealing system applies, through a fully automated process, a polymer foam (gasket) to the previously molded component.
Assembly
and finishes
In order to ensure increasingly complete products for the customer, we offer the possibility of carrying out ancillary processing such as assembly or collateral activities that are the result of historical collaborations with other companies, specializing in the management of surface treatments, painting, pad printing.
