PRIVACY POLICY PURSUANT TO REG. EU NO. 679/2016 AND D. LGS. 101/2018
Pursuant to and in accordance with Articles 12, 13 and 14 of Reg. EU no. 679/2016 and Legislative Decree. 196/2003, as amended by Leg. 101/2018 and subsequent amendments, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the company Plastica Nardon SRL, (CF/P.IVA: IT02560830248), located in Via Ettore Majorana 8 – Montecchio Maggiore (VI), in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, wishes to inform you of the following. Subject and purpose of personal data processing. Personal data, both common and special under Art. 9 Reg. EU 679/2016, voluntarily provided by you will be processed by Plastica Nardon S.R.L., in its capacity as Data Controller (henceforth, simply “Data Controller”), for the sole and exclusive purpose of ensuring the provision of the services proposed by the same and/or requested by you such as, but not limited to, Molding of plastic materials and related activities
Mode of treatment.
- (a) The processing will be carried out by means of the operations or set of operations such as: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data. (b) The above operations may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated means. (c) The processing will be carried out by the organization of the Data Controller and, in particular, by the person(s) in charge and/or the data processor(s) designated for this purpose by the Data Controller on the basis of specific skills and qualifications. Individual collaborators and/or professionals, including those from outside the Holder’s organization, may also be appointed as data processors and/or processors. Profanation cookies may also be installed by the Owner, by means of so-called web analytics software, which are used to prepare detailed and real-time analysis reports related to information such as: number of visitors to a website, search engines of origin, keywords used, language of use, most visited pages, IP address, nationality, city date, time of visit, browser, operating system, screen resolution, duration of visit etc. In any case, the processing of personal data involves the Holder’s adoption of appropriate security measures in accordance with the needs and availability of the company’s premises.
Provision of personal data.
The provision of common and special personal data is indispensable for the purpose of carrying out the activities and providing the services referred to in point 1. Refusal or incorrect provision of data. Any refusal on the part of the interested party to provide personal data in the case referred to in point 3 or, in any case, the incorrect provision of such data will make it impossible for the Data Controller to offer the services referred to in point 1 and/or, in any case, to fulfill the relevant contractual obligations.
Data disclosure.
Personal data may be disclosed to external companies and/or entities and/or associations or platforms with which the Data Controller has a contractual and/or fiduciary relationship, including by virtue of collaborations and/or joint projects; these companies and entities will operate as autonomous data controllers or data processors obliged to comply in their own right with the legislation on the protection of personal data of natural persons. The personal data referred to in the preceding articles may also be communicated to legal, accounting and tax professionals, banks, insurance companies, entities operating in the advertising sector such as public and/or private entities that own the billposting spaces and, in general, to all those public and private entities to which the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes indicated in point 1 as well as for compliance with all the obligations and fulfillments imposed by national and EU regulations.
Data dissemination.
Personal data are not subject to dissemination, except for the purposes strictly related to the performance of the activities specified in paragraph 1 or at the express request of the person concerned.
Transfer of data abroad.
The personal data provided by you may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union, always within the scope of the purposes mentioned in point 1.
Rights of the data subject.
The interested party, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 15 et seq. Reg. EU 679/2016 has the right to: obtain from the data controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their provision in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identification details of the data controller and the persons to whom the data may be communicated; to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and to obtain without hindrance from the data controller the data in a structured format in common use and readable by automatic device for transmission to another data controller. The data subject also has the right to revoke consent to the processing without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent obtained prior to revocation and to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority, as well as to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of the data. All of the above rights may be exercised by sending an email to the Holder’s pec address nardon@pec.plasticanardon.com or by sending a racc. a/r to the Holder’s registered office at any time.
Data retention.
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 Reg. EU 679/2016, your personal data will be retained for the period strictly necessary for the performance of the activities envisaged in point 1 and in any case for a term not exceeding ten years, unless a different retention period is imposed by specific legal provisions.
