Quality guaranteed at every stage of production
Every single production run is carefully inspected by one of our technical experts, specialized in ensuring the highest quality. This quality control process takes place at various stages: during setup, at the start of production, while the product is being manufactured, and finally, at the end of the production process. Additionally, thorough dimensional checks are performed and, upon customer request, we perform CP-CPK and/or PPAP analyses for even more complete and accurate integration. This attention to detail allows us to ensure that every quality standard is met, thus offering excellent products.

We are proud to have participated in the EcoVadis rating for the first time, earning a bronze medal in December 2024 for our results in eco-sustainability and corporate social responsibility. This significant achievement places us among the top 35% of companies with the highest scores, confirming the strength of our commitment and the quality of our organizational model.
EcoVadis is an international rating agency specializing in assessing corporate environmental, social, and ethical performance. Founded in 2007, it now has over 150,000 companies rated worldwide, becoming a global benchmark for sustainability and transparency in supply chains.

Quality cannot be improvised, it is measured
For this reason, we have integrated the ZEISS SPECTRUM measuring machine, an international benchmark in dimensional control, into our metrology department.

The Management of Plastica Nardon srl has adopted a quality management system (QMS) in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard for the following activities: "Development and production of technical articles injection-molded in thermoplastic and thermosetting resins; mold design management."
